If there were 10 Stars I would give them!
Not only do they have the best selection in perfume/ but their Customer Service is amazing! Customer Service is something that has been on the decline over the last 10yrs.
It is so refreshing to have a company, especially one online have outstanding service Thank you and please keep up the great work and selection!
I paid for my December shipment over 2 weeks ago and I still have heard back. It's like pulling teeth to get an answer. After this I will be canceling your service

I have ordered from this company multiple times, giving undeserved chances at redemption solely because I like the objective (and fragrances in general) of the company in itself…however, out of 10 or so single orders, I've only ever received 4 of them. The scents were great when I did get them, but I can't speak for the ones I never got to smell and that I never got a refund for. If I could give the overall experience less than 1 star, I would. Very displeased in the service, communication and resolutions (or the lack thereof).
I love it they got so many amazing fragrance I love it every time I get a new fragrance just on how great they smell.
I like my scentbird stuff alot but sometimes they send me womens perfume which isnt cool cuz im a man but it varys with each month the colognes they send me are really excellent though and i do love them
I have recently upgraded to getting two bottles every month and I am very happy for this decision. Thank you!
I paid for my subscription for 3 months before I received hwin month worth of Cologne. I have now had this subscription for 5 months and have only received Cologne 2 times.
I love having scentbird! You get to try designer perfumes without taking the risk of buying it and not liking it. Scentbird has saved me so much money.
I have been trying for the past hour to get ahold of customer support in order to figure out why i was charged $47 out of the blue. There are phone numbers posted online that are supposedly their customer support, but when you call it says the number is not in service. I literally just want to cancel my subscription and I am completely dumbfounded with how difficult it is.
I really enjoy receiving my scentbird package every month. The website or app is very easy to use and I love how you get to choose which scent you want to be sent to you for each month and how easy it is to change this up if you decide to change your mind. I do however wish there were more scents such as various coach perfumes, various victoria secret perfumes, taylor swift, gorgio armani, lucky brand, hollister, and other scents such as these, especially the coach and victoria secret perfumes. Thank you for a great experience with your business.

So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my subscription through scentbird.com. I do wish for the $15 a month you could select 2 fragrances at a time. Esp if you pay $5 addtional dollars for a delux scent you should be given a 2nd option. Thats just my personal feelings. I also feel the time between billing and shipping is extremely long. I understand the company is at the mercy of the shipping company but maybe ship right after billing instead of making customers wait 2-3 week after theyve paid. I will say thanks to scentbird I have found my signature scent that I ordered a full size bottle of for my birthday. Juliette has a gun not a perfume is a strange name for a fragrance but it is now my favorite and I have scentbird to thank for that.
It's so nice getting a different fragrance ever month. I get to try a new high price fragrances ever month, without paying the high price. I also love the different color dispensers you can get to carry your scentbird in... they are so compact you can carry more than one with you at a time.

I am frequently asked what perfume I am wearing. It's nice to change things up. My husband has liked all but one of the scents I've received. I LOVE getting a different scents every month. Perfumes smell very different on different people so it's interesting to smell the difference between a perfume on myself versus that same perfume on my daughter but I absolutely love this entire concept and the business is top-notch as it pertains to the customer service and the expedited shipping to ensure that the product arrives when it is supposed to.

Always get Compliments from family, friends and co- workers on my Scents and when I tell them what I'm wearing they think it's so expensive and I'm always sure to tell them about SCENTBIRD

I don't know if there are ones that are cheaper or better... i know others exist but I was satisfied with my choice of scentbird so I haven't researched

No, not at all! I have tried many scents and to date no bad reactions... not one single time.

No never have I had a bad reaction to and scent I've received from scent bird. I've always been very satisfied with their products.
